Only 25 of these rare full color autographed posters of Leon Day are on sale now
to benefit Leon's widow, Mrs. Geraldine Day. For only $175.00 each (plus $5.00
shipping) these posters are a real bargain for any collector or fan of the Negro
Baseball Leagues. Mr. Day is one of only a handful of players from the Negro Leagues
to be elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown (class of '95),
but unfortunately, his prestige came too late for him to enjoy it, only six days
before he passed away. The poster measures 16"x20" and features artwork
by Mark Chiarello, who also has signed and numbered each one, and comes with a
certificate of authenticity. 100% of the proceeds of the sale of this limited
